Adoption:

More Than By Chance

This book is a collection of stories about connections in adoptions–connections that seem more than by chance. Stronger than mere coincidence, these stories from all angles of adoptions have brought me to believe there are no accidents, and that the phenomenon of synchronicity validates the stories people tell about their adoptions. I am honored to have witnessed this process in many adoption placements.

" 'More Than By Chance'
brings to life what so many of us in the adoption world feel: that life is not always random, and neither are our families. Its message is affirming and uplifting for us all."

Adam Perlman, President and Founder of the National Center on Adoption and Permanency, and author of "Adoption Nation."

"A down-to-earth explanation of the adoption process, its legalities and complexities."

Chris Richert, adoption and foster care specialist
